CELLS & CLUBS
Dr. S. C. Gulhane Prerna College of Commerce, Science, and Arts has established various statutory and non-statutory cells and functional domains to ensure effective governance, student welfare, inclusiveness, safety, and quality enhancement. These cells operate in accordance with UGC, NAAC, and Government of India guidelines, making significant contributions to the holistic development of the institution.
Each cell/domain operates with defined objectives, composition, and activities, supporting academic excellence, student support, and participative management.
STATUTORY AND MANDATORY CELLS
1. Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
- Ensures continuous quality improvement
- Plans, monitors, and evaluates academic and administrative processes
- Reviews teaching–learning and evaluation processes
- Prepares AQAR and supports NAAC accreditation
2. Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
- Addresses complaints related to sexual harassment
- Ensures a safe and dignified work and learning environment
- Functions as per the POSH Act, 2013
3. Anti-Ragging Cell
- Prevents ragging and ensures a safe campus
- Addresses complaints as per UGC regulations
- Conducts awareness programs
4. Grievance Redressal Cell
- Redresses grievances of students and staff
- Ensures transparency and fairness
- Provides online and offline complaint mechanisms

- Empowers women students and staff
- Conducts awareness and capacity-building programs
- Addresses women-related issues
6. Equal Opportunity Cell
