Prerna Sewa Mandal, one of the pioneer organisations dedicated to the cause of education from its very inception, started its operations in the year 1974. This society has successfully completed 4 decades in the field of teaching and is recognised and appreciated for its steady development, achievements in the region. The formal body of the society which came into existence in 1983, aims for an all-round growth of the institution, as all are reputed academicians.
Currently it is functioning as a premier institution in the region dedicated to greater success and higher goals for students of commerce and science. It also runs a well-established school up to XII class with about 3,000 students. ‘Prerna Convent’ leaves no stone unturned to bring out the best in the pupils.
Prerna Junior College and Dr. S. C. Gulhane Prerna College of Commerce, Science & Arts are managed by highly qualified personalities and stalwart educationalists forming the Prerna Group under the Prerna Sewa Mandal.
A word about Prerna Education and Research Academy, (a sister concern of Prerna Sewa Mandal); It was established to give more emphasis to research as it’s very name suggests. We had the zeal to develop an institution which could mould your minds in the area of commerce, who will go on to become good citizen and contribute towards the progress of the nation. Step by step the institution has reached where it can provide state of art, infrastructure, qualified teacher and almost all requirements of supporting the academic progress.
