OJT Guidelines

On-the-Job Training (OJT) is an integral part of experiential learning, aimed at providing students with practical exposure, hands-on skills, and real workplace experience. The guidelines framed by the RTM Nagpur Universityfor the PG students are followed by the college to ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of OJT in alignment with academic objectives and NAAC requirements.
