INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE (ICC)
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of Dr. S. C. Gulhane Prerna College of Commerce, Science and Arts is constituted as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
The committee aims to provide a safe, secure, and dignified working and learning environment for women students, faculty, and staff.
OBJECTIVES
- To develop a policy against sexual harassment of women at workplace.
- To prevent gender-based violence.
- To create a secure and friendly environment.
- To raise awareness on sexual harassment.
- To ensure the implementation of policy.
- To provide an environment free of bender-based discrimination.
- To prevent sexual harassment acts/cases.
FUNCTIONS OF THE ICC
- To receive complaints of sexual harassment
- To conduct an inquiry in a confidential manner
- To recommend appropriate action to the Principal / Management
- To conduct awareness and sensitization programs
- To submit annual reports to IQAC and Management.
COMPLAINT & REPORTING MECHANISM
A complaint may be submitted:
- Through the Online Complaint Form (Google Form)
- In writing to the Presiding Officer
- Through email to the ICC
