HUMANITIES DEPARTMENT
The Department of Humanities is one of the foundational academic departments of the college, offering a broad-based education that promotes critical thinking, cultural understanding, and social awareness. The department was established in 2022 with one undergraduate programme: B.A. in English Literature and MA in English Literature.
The department provides students with a strong grounding in subjects such as English, Marathi/Hindi, Sociology, Public Administration, and Economics. It plays a key role in shaping students into responsible, reflective, and socially sensitive individuals.
